Magna now operates in 14 geographies across 9 states throughout the southeastern United States. Magna is uniquely poised for growth through proven digital channels. Additionally, we have made two tack-on acquisitions to Magna when we acquired Savior Pest Control in Fort Worth, Texas and EcoVibe Pest Control in Dallas, Texas. At Emory Oak Partners, our expertise lies in often disregarded assets where we can enhance sophistication and process, roll our sleeves up, and leverage data and technology to be smarter than our competition. While our primary focus is service companies, the same opportunity arises in real estate, which we have a dedicated and focused team to execute on. Primarily, we find these opportunities in land entitlements and multifamily and have built a track record in these sectors by providing value-add strategies to assets

While we have completed many SPV real estate deals, Longhorn Opportunity Fund (LOF) memorialized our first fund in real estate. LOF contains five core assets, which were primarily single-use, single-parcel assets. The strategy was to purchase them for their then current values, re-entitle, re-zone, and parcel out for the highest and best uses, and sell to end users/developers.
