Kade Thomas, Founder, Managing Partner, Co-CEO, and CIO, founded the firm in early 2021 after several successful exits from service industry businesses, including the successful exit to BrightView (NYSE: BV) of WLE, a service business focused on outdoor maintenance and construction. Mr. Thomas has also owned and operated numerous real estate projects across various asset classes.

Marty Meekins, Co-CEO and General Counsel, joined the firm in 2023 after more than twelve years as COO and General Counsel at Empyrean Capital Partners, a large hedge fund headquartered in Los Angeles. Mr. Meekins also served as Chairman of the Board of Hill Street Properties (fka Toys “R” Us PropCo) from 2019 to 2022. He previously worked at Perella Weinberg Partners in New York.
